Del territorio a tu taza

Specialty coffee, true to its origin

From the mountains of Quindío and Cauca, we source a clean specialty cup with precise aromas and authentic flavors — and connect it with buyers around the world.

Our coffee

Our coffee is grown in the coffee-growing territories of Quindío and Cauca — regions known for their climatic diversity, altitude and farming tradition. Cultivated in mountain zones, under conditions that favor a slow maturation of the bean, each lot develops unique sensory characteristics that show up as a clean, balanced, specialty cup.

We carefully select varieties such as Castillo and Arábica — alongside standout microlots of Geisha and Bourbon Rosado — working with controlled processes that guarantee traceability, consistency and quality at every stage: from manual harvesting to processing and final bean selection.

Our coffees stand out for their clean specialty cup, with notes that can range from chocolate and caramel to fruity and floral nuances, depending on the process and the region.

What makes us special

  • Technical knowledge applied in the field
  • Rigorous quality control
  • Defined sensory profiles
  • Commitment to the territory and its identity

More than producing coffee, we develop origin, identity and added value — positioning Colombian coffee to compete at global standards.

From a single brand to coffee exports

Zharick's Coffee began with our own specialty blends. Today we go further: as a broker we connect verified Colombian producers with roasters, importers and wholesalers worldwide. That means we don't just offer packaged retail bags — we coordinate coffee in the formats real buyers need:

Specialty microlots

Traceable, high-scoring lots with defined sensory profiles for roasters seeking distinctive coffees.

Bulk green coffee

Consistent, larger-volume green coffee for importers and wholesalers, sourced to spec.

Our own blends

The traditional Zharick's Coffee lines, available for partners who want a finished brand.

Pricing and shipment terms are negotiated per deal, based on volume, format and destination — not sold by the pound.
